Parmigiano Reggiano PDO will be hosting an educational event at Westminster Kingsway College in partnership with Countertalk. The event will be hosted by much-loved Italian chef and Parmigiano Reggiano PDO ambassador, Gennaro Contaldo, and will see students from the college and young chefs from Countertalk's network come together to learn about what makes the cheese so unique. The guests will learn about how Parmigiano Reggiano PDO is made, what its PDO status means, what differentiates it from other Italian hard cheeses, plus cooking tips and tricks from Gennaro Contaldo himself.

Parmigiano Reggiano is sponsoring Italian Week in London, involving students from Westminster Kingsway College in an exclusive culinary experience at the Escoffier Rooms. The students will creatively prepare a 5 course menu, celebrating Parmigiano Reggiano in an autumnal setting, offering them a unique opportunity to experience the versatility and brilliant flavours of Parmigiano. 27th November - 1st December 2023

Parmigiano Reggiano and Gennaro Contaldo will take up residence for a week-long festive celebration at London’s Spirit of Christmas, hosted in Olympia 30th October – 5th November 2023.

On November 15, 2023, at London's Social Pantry Café, Parmigiano hosted an exclusive dinner party in collaboration with The Greedy Model, AKA Emma Louise Connolly. Guests enjoyed a five-course menu spotlighting Parmigiano Reggiano, showcasing its versatility. From a pea and pancetta soup starter to a Parmigiano Reggiano crusted cod and a delightful panna cotta dessert.
